Nobody wants to buy linens today! WHY?
Well, linens need to be cared for and this means time. My kids love sitting at the holiday table covered with gorgeous tablecloth made in Italy and decorated with Point de Venice needle lace. But ask them if they want to have something like that at their homes – the answer is a clear ‘NO’.
Don’t despair, there are still people out there that love linens, love laces and embroidery. After all, there is no fabric today that can match the quality of old linens. These old linens – if cared for correctly – will last a lifetime, adding to the beauty of your bedroom, your kitchen or your dining table
These people are my perfect customers and I keep looking for items they would like to buy, take good care of, use at their homes or perhaps display in their collections.
Please, don’t throw linens away just like that – have someone knowledgeable take a look and advise you. You can always get rid of them after that!
